Meme from [info]coraline:

  1. Stop talking about politics for a moment or two.
  2. Post a reasonably-sized picture in your LJ, NOT under a cut tag, of something pleasant, such as an adorable kitten, or a fluffy white cloud, or a bottle of booze. Something that has NOTHING TO DO WITH POLITICS.
  3. Include these instructions, and share the love.

bacon for breakfast

Also, a bonus picture of The Albino (from The Princess Bride) enjoying the above:

The Albino is a baconsaurus

Your raw-ish bacon is disturbing. :)

And that's an adorable kid-pic, but it does look uncannily princess-bride-esque. :)

Actually, the bottom side of the bacon is far from raw at this point-- note the billow of smoke in the top left corner. =) After I flipped it I was too busy with the cooking to take more photos...

She liked it enough to tell me all about it later in the day.

see those 8 pieces in that cast iron pan? I got one, [info]zubatac got one... and she got the other 6! (The last one was actually on my plate, but then she said she wanted more. *sigh*.)

I guess that's why she had no interest in lunch, then :)

Her eating is pretty unpredictable, sometimes she'll do 2 big meals in a row followed by some nonexistent ones, sometimes many nonexistent ones in a row.
She *might* have wanted a giant protein lunch too, and I didn't want to jinx it... ;-)
